Anne-Sophie Flores - MDes student at L’École de design’s Food Design Lab - has created ÖLÖTL, a biodegradable plate made of corncobs that generates new income for Mexican farmers and the community. Her project was selected for the Dutch Design Week 2019 in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
