Mélong, or how to maintain biological rhythm

A connected object that helps you disconnect and encourages regular trips between the workspace and relaxation area. The object immerses the user in a poetic and timeless universe (the Asian gong symbolizes meditation, inner peace and rest). It offers users a new working pace and body posture in a shared workspace.

The proposal is based on a workplace adapted to our professional design practices, structured around “collective” workspaces and others that are tailored to individual requirements, plus a relaxation area.

The project is part of the Reconnect proposal developed for Biennale Internationale de design de Saint-Etienne 2017. The project could be viewed in Saint Étienne from March 27 to April 2, 2017.
