Andipratic’s aim is to list all the places suitable for tourists with disabilities to make their stay in Loire-Atlantique easier. The application is intended for both blind and deaf or non-ambulant person and allows everyone to find places under the constraints of their disability. A second version is still in progress to optimize its use for mentally handicapped persons.
Andipratic is based on the OpenData from the Loire-Atlantique region and includes all the disabled access places. Geolocation allows the application to provide the user with the appropriate equipment nearby and offers a route to it.
The design and development have been made by 3 young students from Nantes among them Thomas Chevillotte, a 2nd year student at L’École de design.
The project Andipratic has been awarded a grant of € 2,500 in the competition launched by the OpenData Loire-Atlantique.
