Enhanced cooperation in Shanghai

Tuesday 26th September 2017 saw the culmination of many years of cooperation with the Shanghai University Academy of Fine Arts, a long-standing partner of the school in China since 2010, with the inauguration of the Sino-French Design Center. The opening of this center will lead to enhanced cooperation with our partner in the field of design training and partnerships with companies and organizations based in Shanghai. It coincides with the Academy of Fine Arts moving to new premises in a renovated building complex, Sheng Park, which provides numerous facilities including shops and restaurants.

China Studio is expanding

It will also be a milestone in the history of the China Studio. Indeed, the school’s permanent branch in Shanghai will benefit from larger and more comfortable premises. A great opportunity for students on the Transcultural Design program who will enjoy improved resources and an excellent working environment for their projects. The Studio is becoming an actual Design Lab for exploring the theme of interculturality in design.
