L’École de design Nantes Atlantique was awarded the "Bienvenue en France" label with the maximum score of three stars, at the Campus France Labelling Commission, on 4 December 2019.
What is the "Bienvenue en France" label?
This label attests to the institution’s commitment and quality in welcoming international students. As the quality of support services for international students is a fundamental issue for the internationalisation and attractiveness of French higher education, the "Bienvenue en France" Label is awarded by Campus France to higher education institutions that wish to promote their arrangements for hosting international students.
L’École de design Nantes Atlantique earns the label
L’École de design Nantes Atlantique meets the requirements of the label in terms of the quality and accessibility of information, reception facilities, programms, teaching support, accommodation, quality of campus life and post-graduate follow-up for international students.
This Label is awarded to the school for a period of 4 years and will contribute to reinforcing the attractiveness of the school towards international institutions and students.
An international design school
L’Ecole de design Nantes Atlantique offers teaching with an international dimension by relying on a network of about a hundred high quality international partners and 4 sites, in Shanghai, Sao Paulo, Pune and Montreal.
Since 2001, the school has created a design programme entirely taught in English, open to international students. Today, the school welcomes around 150 students of 40 different nationalities in 11 programs offered in English.
Studying in a multicultural environment is a real opportunity to learn how to combine openness to others, curiosity, pragmatism and cultural references, all essential qualities of a designer.
As a guarantee of the quality of the welcome given to international students, this label rewards, somehow, the strong international dimension of the school for almost 20 years.
