A new management for our Design Lab dedicated to the food system
Dr. Dolly Daou is an Interior designer with a Doctorate qualification in the fields of interior architecture, architecture and urban design. She has a large experience in teaching, research, quality assurance, and leadership, specialized in interior architecture and in multi-disciplinary global design projects. She joins L’École de design Nantes Atlantique in May 2018 as New Eating Habits Design Lab Director, a position previously held by Benoït Millet between 2012 and 2018.
Previously, Director of the Association for Professional Interior Designers in the Middle East & North Africa regions, initiating and maintaining alliances with international association and the industry, she will continue to have this position.
Between 2011 and 2016, Dr. Dolly Daou was Head of Bachelor and Master of Interior Architecture at Swinburne University of Technology in Australia and Coordinator of Interior Design Double Degree at Swinburne University of Technology and City University of Hong Kong. He’s has also been a visiting Lecturer in France at Penninghen, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, American University and Ajman University in Dubai and American University in Sharjah.
