How to apply as an exchange student
Only students from our partner schools are allowed to apply for an exchange program.
The duration of the exchange program is one semester, either in Autumn (September to January) or in Spring (Feburary to June)
Applicants must first be nominated by their home institution. International coordinators need to send the following information relating to the nominated student by email to International Coordinator Zoe Lacey at email@example.com before the end of the application deadline:
•Date of Birth
•Course applying for
•Current year of study
Students will then receive an email with a link to the application form and their login details.
Applicants are required to fill in the online form and upload the following documents :
•A copy of their passport or ID card
It is not always possible to accept all students applying for an exchange semester. If the number of applications exceeds the number of places, a selection will take place by the course leader based on the quality of the student’s portfolio and application documents. Students will be notified of the result of the selection procedure within 3 weeks after the end of the application period.
Accepted students will receive a learning agreement and a list of courses in the acceptance email.
L’ École de design Nantes Atlantique welcomes applications from students with disabilities or chronic illness and treats them on the same academic grounds as those from other candidates. Please specify any specific requirements when sending your application.
Students need to have obtained a B2 level in English to study as an exchange student.
Although we do not require any certification, we ask you to use this self assessment tool to evaluate your own level.
Deadline to apply for the autumn semester: May 15, 2022
