Benoît Millet
Director of the laboratory, designer and researcher in anthropology,

Program leader for MDes New Eating Habits since 2012, Benoît Millet also heads up the Design Lab dedicated to New Eating Habits. A graduate from Ensci, Benoît brings his professional experience, his specialties in prospects, service design, product design, graphic and visual communication as well as museology and museography. These different areas of expertise are all assets in his teaching and research on design and food. This dimension is also reflected in his activity as Researcher in Anthropology at EHESS, where he is carrying out a prospective study of "L’homme en projet", in particular in developments in design thinking and co-design. He is also a board member of the main union of French designers (AFD).

Céline Gallen

Senior Lecturer in marketing, lecturer/researcher in food consumption habits at Université de Nantes (Institute of Economy and Management) IAE.

Research topic: food consumption habits, food design perception.

A network of experts participates in the various courses and projects: philosophers, semiologists, chefs, designers, engineers, etc.
