The importance of design as a factor for adding value and transforming our economic and social environment is one of the core values of L’École de design Nantes Atlantique. Design has become a strategic management discipline.
Producing skilled and knowledgeable creative professionals requires an ongoing dialogue with key players in the socio-economic world. Promoting design, wherever relevant, is also essential for us to generate as many opportunities as possible for designers. The more important design is in our society, the better the future for the design profession.
This is particularly the case for young professionals who have completed training programs that are grounded in reality like those offered by our school.
Business Strategy is a permanent team of eight people dedicated to these two missions: professionalizing the teaching of design and supporting organizations in their design approach.
For an organization, microenterprise, SME, key account, public or third sector institution, working with L’École de design Nantes Atlantique is an opportunity to accompany change using design features: creativity, vision, scenario analysis, mediation and project-based organization.
The Business Strategy team has become expert in listening to and diagnosing business needs and choosing the best methodological approach to work with organizations, companies and institutions in a changing and uncertain world. From strategy to organization not forgetting talent and skill management, working with the school frees you from established models and lets you explore the unknown in order to better anticipate customer or user needs.
Depending on the maturity of the organization and its line of business, we can offer different ways of working to help you integrate design seamlessly into your business culture, strategy and organization:
- Consulting assignments, innovation watch and advice relating to the applied research activities of the Design Labs
- Prospective studies and workshops in the form of educational projects
- Creativity and design training as part of vocational training
- Talent acquisition by supporting internships, work-study programs and integration of young professionals
We can therefore use our skills at all levels of complexity and at all scales, from the tiny details to the bigger picture.
In today’s world, design is a key lever of development which will bring you greater responsiveness, openness and imagination but also investment.
